At St Mary’s, there are 23 teaching staff and 12 support staff at the school.
The staff includes a Principal, Assistant Principal, Religious Education Coordinator, two Primary Coordinators, classroom teachers, one Music teacher, two part-time executive relief teachers, three Learning Support Teachers, an EALD teacher, three Learning Support Assistants, a Teacher-Librarian, Library Assistant, three Clerical Assistants and a Canteen Manager.
A Psychologist is available to assist the school in assessing and addressing individual student’s wellbeing and learning needs.
The Leadership Team is responsible for setting the operational agenda and goals of the school as driven by the Strategic and Annual Plans.
